About Our Organization
Little Boo Rescue of Ohio is a local nonprofit founded in June 2020 with a simple mission: Rescue, Recover and Educate. LBR is a fully volunteer-run, foster-based rescue that focuses on saving the lives of vulnerable cats and kittens and finding them safe and loving furrever homes.

Little Boo's namesake is a sweet kitten named, you guessed it, Boo. Boo was found in such poor shape, that she was unable to recover. All our work honors her memory and is fueled by the hope that through our work, fewer cats will suffer as she did.

Rescue
The core of our work centers around rescuing cats and kittens in need. From neonatal kittens, to mothers and babies, to sick cats and kittens, we do whatever we can to save the lives of felines who need it.

Recover
Rescued cats often needs lots of time to recover in a safe, warm environment. Our fosters provide the shelter and we cover the veterinary care to make sure all animals that pass through our hands can recover and live a full life. From bottle feeding to amputation surgery, we do whatever it takes.

Educate
We feel a moral responsibility to educate the public on the important of proper cat care and treatment. We educate through communication with community cat feeders, our social media channels, and at events around town.

Our Team
The Little Boo Rescue crew is made up of all volunteers. Without the support of our volunteer board as well as fosters, trappers, and donors, our life-saving work simply wouldn't be possible!
